The initial soil analysis for the raised garden beds has been completed and the results are quite promising. Nutrient levels appear balanced, with a slight emphasis on nitrogen which should support leafy growth effectively. We have scheduled the delivery of organic compost and mulch for the early part of next week, weather permitting. This delivery aligns with the planned planting schedule for the cool-season vegetables.
Please ensure the irrigation lines are checked prior to the delivery date. The drip system layout from the previous season might need minor adjustments to accommodate the new bed configuration. I have reviewed the blueprints and marked the suggested changes regarding valve placements and zone separations. The updated watering schedule will be distributed once the final layout is confirmed and all emitters are tested for consistent flow.
Remember to coordinate with the landscaping team about the perennial border installation along the western fence line. Their materials list should be cross-referenced with our inventory to avoid duplicate orders. The shipment of native shrubs is expected to arrive on the same day as the soil amendments, so logistical planning will be crucial for efficient unloading and staging.

The workshop lighting plan involves a series of LED high-bay fixtures controlled by a combination of wall switches and motion sensors. The primary circuit originates at the sub-panel located in the utility closet, with a 20-amp dedicated line running through conduit along the ceiling joists. This line branches to three separate switch boxes that each control a zone of lighting. The first zone covers the main workbench area, the second covers the machinery section, and the third is for the general ambient lighting throughout the space.
Each switch box contains a single-pole switch for manual control, wired in parallel with an occupancy sensor for automated operation. The sensors are calibrated for a 15-minute delay after no motion is detected. The neutral wires for all fixtures in a zone are pigtailed together within each respective fixture junction box, while the ground wires are secured to the grounding bar in the sub-panel. All wire connections are made with approved wire nuts and the boxes are properly sized to meet fill capacity requirements.
For future expansion, a separate 15-amp circuit has been stubbed out near the south wall to potentially support additional task lighting or low-power tools. This circuit is currently terminated in a blank cover plate but is live and ready for connection. The entire installation was performed using 12/2 NM-B cable for the 20-amp circuits and 14/2 NM-B for the 15-amp circuit, all of which is secured at regular intervals as per code.
A final inspection of the grounding system confirmed a solid connection to both the cold water pipe and a supplemental grounding rod installed outside the workshop's exterior wall. Voltage readings across all circuits are stable and within acceptable tolerances, with no significant voltage drop observed at the farthest fixture. Labels for each circuit have been clearly affixed to the inside of the sub-panel door for easy identification during future maintenance or modifications.
End of report.
