Regarding the team meeting next Tuesday, I think we should move it to 10:30 AM instead of 9. That gives everyone time to handle their morning tasks and review the preliminary reports. I've already checked with Sam and Taylor, and they're both fine with the later start. Could you please update the calendar invite Also, don't forget to bring the updated project timeline printouts. We'll need to cross-reference the deliverables with the client's latest feedback. I was reviewing the notes from our last call, and there were a few ambiguous points about phase three dependencies. We should clarify those before we allocate more resources. Let me know if you want to grab a coffee beforehand to quickly go over the agenda. I'll be in the building by 9:45. The conference room on the second floor has been booked, but I heard the projector might be acting up. Might be wise to have a backup plan for the presentation slides. Maybe we can all use our laptops to follow along. I'll send a reminder email on Monday with the key discussion topics attached.

Thank you for being part of our community. We are pleased to provide this service to residents in your area.

I wanted to follow up on the park cleanup event this Saturday. The weather forecast looks promising, partly sunny with a high near 68. We should meet at the main entrance at 8:45 AM to get our assignments from the coordinator. I'll bring extra garbage bags and a couple of pairs of gloves. Do you think you can bring a reusable water jug I'll have a cooler with some water and lemonade. Also, remember to wear sturdy shoes because some of the areas near the creek can be muddy. After we're done, a few of us are planning to get lunch at that new sandwich place downtown. Let me know if you want to join.

I heard they have a great vegetarian option too. My sister might come along to help for a few hours in the morning. She's bringing her dog, but he's very friendly and will be on a leash. The city provided us with those pick-up tools, which should make it easier on our backs. I'm looking forward to it. It's always nice to see the immediate difference we make in that space. Last year we filled over twenty bags. Hopefully we'll have a similar turnout this time. Send me a quick text on Friday to confirm.
