Yeah I finally tried that recipe you sent me last week. It turned out pretty good actually. I was a little skeptical about the seasoning blend but it really worked. Next time I think I'll prep all the veggies the night before to make it easier on a weeknight. Let me know if you've tried any other variations because I'd love to experiment with it more. I just finished that documentary series you recommended. The cinematography was stunning especially the aerial shots of the coastline. I didn't realize how much history was tied to that region. The second episode dragged a little in the middle but the final episode really pulled everything together. I skipped through some of the interviews because they felt repetitive but overall it was worth watching. Have you seen the director's earlier work? I heard their first film took a completely different approach to the subject matter. I'm thinking of checking that out next weekend if I have time.
Also I finally organized my bookshelf over the weekend and found a couple titles I'd forgotten about. It was like rediscovering old favorites. Let me know if you want to borrow any of them.
