The key to getting the texture right is letting the dough rest for at least=
twenty minutes before rolling it out. I tried it last weekend and the diff=
erence was noticeable. The crust came out flaky and light just like we want=
ed. For the filling I used a mix of seasonal vegetables and a light cheese =
topping. Next time I might add a bit more herbs though. I think the balance=
of flavors will work well for the gathering we are planning.
