I checked the updated roster for the volunteer shift next Saturday and we have enough coverage for both the morning and afternoon slots. The new orientation materials arrived yesterday so I will bring those to the prep meeting on Thursday. We still need to confirm who is bringing refreshments for the afternoon break. I think we should also finalize the safety checklist before the event so nothing gets overlooked. Let me know if you want me to print extra copies of the sign-in sheet or if you need me to reach out to any of the alternates on the backup list. I will send a reminder to everyone by Wednesday evening unless you prefer to handle that yourself. The room reservation is confirmed for the full day so we have plenty of time to set up and clean up afterward. Please let me know if any of the scheduled volunteers have special requirements I should be aware of so I can prepare accordingly. I will also check with the facilities team about the extra chairs we requested.

A selection of hand-chosen cuts is available for participants through this limited program.

Omaha Steaks is making 500 gourmet sampler boxes available to participants. Each box, with a retail value over $600, is provided at no charge to those who receive this message. One sampler per household. This offer ends Tomorrow.

Every cut is hand-selected and flash-frozen to lock in exceptional flavor. Recipients will not be billed for the sampler.

I looked into the logistics for the neighborhood cleanup day and the recycling center confirmed they will accept all the items on our list. The only exception is the old paint cans which need to go to the hazardous waste drop-off site on Mill Road. I reserved the collection bins for pickup on Friday morning so we should have everything in place by the time the volunteers arrive at nine. We still need someone to manage the sign-in table and distribute gloves and trash bags. I can cover that shift if you want to focus on sorting and loading. The weather forecast looks clear so we should have good turnout. I will send a note to the neighborhood group with the final schedule and a reminder to bring water bottles and wear sturdy shoes. If you think of anything else we should add to the supply list just let me know before Wednesday and I will pick it up. The kids activity station is all set with the coloring sheets and craft supplies that were donated last month. I think this will be a productive day for everyone involved.

I also touched base with the street captain for the Elm Avenue section and they confirmed they will have enough people to cover that corridor. Let me know if you need me to follow up with anyone else or if you want to adjust the route map at all. I printed extra copies of the map just in case.
