Regarding your question about the team gathering next month, I think we should consider the outdoor pavilion at Riverside Park since it has covered seating and easy access from the highway. I checked availability and they have slots open on the second Saturday. The space accommodates up to sixty people comfortably and the rental fee includes tables and chairs. We would need to arrange catering separately though. I spoke with the coordinator and she mentioned we can bring our own food and drinks which keeps things flexible. Let me know if you want me to reserve it or if you prefer looking at other venues. I also have a list of nearby places that offer similar setups if Riverside does not work for your schedule.

About the recipe adjustment you asked about, I have tried swapping Greek yogurt for sour cream in that casserole and it works well as long as you do not heat it too quickly. The texture stays creamy and the tanginess is barely noticeable once you add the seasonings. I would suggest adding a tablespoon of lemon juice to balance the flavors if you are using full fat yogurt. For the gluten free version, almond flour combined with a bit of oat flour gives a nice crust without getting crumbly. Bake it at a slightly lower temperature and check it five minutes earlier than the original time.
