I think the best approach for the quarterly review would be to start with t=
he executive summary and then break down each department's contributions. W=
e covered the key metrics in the last meeting but Sarah suggested we add a =
section on projected growth. Let me know if you need the updated spreadshee=
t with the Q3 figures. I also think we should mention the client feedback w=
e received last month. That would give the report more context and show how=
the team is adapting to the changing market conditions. Let me check with =
David about the final numbers he mentioned. I will circle back with the ful=
l draft tomorrow morning if that works for everyone. We can do a quick revi=
ew before the senior leadership meeting.

I was thinking about the landscaping plans for the back garden and I think =
we should go with the flagstone path instead of the gravel. The flagstone w=
ill hold up better during the winter months and it looks more polished. My =
brother used gravel last year and it shifted a lot after the heavy rain. I =
also spoke with the nursery about the hydrangeas and they said the Endless =
Summer variety would bloom twice per season in our zone. That sounds like a=
good choice for the border along the fence. Let me know what you think abo=
ut the layout I sketched. I can drop it off later today or send a photo if =
that works better for you.
